This whole text here is dedicated to the app 'magic hour'.
Basically i am going to do a review,how it works and other stuff. The app is available on both android and apple so dont worry.However,i have never used the android version and the reviews are not really in favour of it,the apple verion though,i have tried it and it is pretty good.

It is a paid app that you basically can add filters to it.This app is absolutely amazing,it has so many filters like seriously so many.You can never download finish but do note that this app is only for filters and nothing else.YOU CANNOT DO ANYTHING ELSE OTHER THEN ADDING FILTERS TO YOUR PICTURES.You can create your own filter and share it to other people too.
As for the bugs and lousy image quality people feedback on the google play,I can only say I have never encountered such problems on my IPHONE.There is also a free version that allows you to download three filters.So every time you want a new filter u have to delete and download again so I think that going for the paid one is definitely worth it.

You can enlarge the pictures when you are managing your filters and if you don't want to go back n press on another filter.You can use the arrows beside to navigate.

I use some pastel filter if I remember correctly but I don't remember the exact name though.
All in all I think this paid app is worth but if you want to save money n is willing to keep deleting n installing then the free version is for you.
To get a real touch of this app,do download the free one before purchasing the full version so you get an idea of whether it is worth it.
